During the height of COVID-19 (and even up until now), people, specifically sports fanatics, have found themselves tuning into different shows to find comfort. As for TV producers, they have found a vast amount of fertile ground to explore - and that is the multimillion industry of sports. When most if not all events were cancelled and postponed, the showbiz industry kept brainstorming and started producing several dramas and comedies related to sports.
With the cold season coming along, this is the best opportunity to time out and chill in front of your television and watch some sports-based shows on your favourite streaming platforms. Speaking of shows, I am here to list down a few of them that made the cut (as per my own standards of what is considered a good drama or comedy program). Well, it's my opinion.
Show: Titletown High | Source: Netflix
Unfortunately, shows that are purely documentaries and/or reality TV are not included in the list as they don't include professional actors and/or somewhat dramatic or comic plots. And of course, these are shows that aired in 2020, those that are still airing, on their mid-season break and/or series that will start streaming this year.

Well, football means a lot to people across the country, but this school, the so-called "Titletown High" is one where it means a lot. Winning is everything.
Basically, it's a sports reality series following the winningest high school football program in the country, in a place called Valdosta, Georgia. It tackles teen drama, building a relationship between athletes and their girlfriends, the dating developments and angst revolving around a Sweet Sixteen dance at the country club.
